  I am very pleased with the great service Jessica Farns gave me and my home. Jessica is a very hard worker and quite professional. She is an asset to your company.
  On another note, when it came time to pay Jessica she showed me that her work order form stated I owed $180. No where in my paper work from you is that figured mentioned. My paper work states $130. This put both of us in an awkward position.

  Since moving to The Villages four years ago I've had a lot of frustration finding dependable housecleaners who did acceptable work. I have no issues with differences in culture, race, gender, you name it--I think diversity in all areas is the foundation of a healthy world.
  When it comes to communicating my wishes for how I want my home cleaned, well, a common language is important. Despite the help of translation apps, I found not speaking the same language to be a great detriment to getting the job done the way I want it done. It's my home, so I think my wishes are important considerations.
  When I called BlueBird Cleaning Company, owner Ralph Durante promptly returned my call. He wanted to schedule an in home inspection, the only company I've contacted here that did this. He was the epitome of friendliness and professionalism.
  When the folks came to clean, I learned one was management. The entire process was made much easier because we spoke the same language and understood each other. Their work was excellent and efficient. I was thoroughly impressed.
  I foresee a long relationship with Bluebird Cleaning Company.
  If you're looking for a quality, professional group of people to clean your home the way you want it cleaned for a reasonable and fair price, don't hesitate to call them. I think you too will be pleased with their services.
